I had a good run today. I was super sweaty after a healthy jog lasting 30 minutes. The endorpins released and the litres of sweat proved a good "hangover" for the night.
I was not too focued these few weeks, not engaging too much of my goals. I need to remaion focused, carry out real action, have belief in my goals and clarity in my mind.
